Let’s face it, your enthusiasm levels and go-getter attitude are different at 10AM v.s. 4PM. The coffee buzz has died down (unless your a Starbucks addict and get a PM fix), your carb-coma is still lingering from lunch, and perhaps your confidence has shifted from “I friggin’ RULE!” to “Dude, I kinda suck.”
Now, the concept I am about to introduce has 1 of 2 effects: You either say “NO WAY! Girl, you are out of your damn mind.” OR, a more considerate, “Are you serious? Tell me more about that, you’re nuts, but I want to hear more.” Your choice.

6AM FRESH Workouts any day you want to be on top of your game.
Here is what we accomplish with 6AM FRESH Workouts before work:
- Raised awareness and stronger work endurance levels past 4PM.
- A sharp mind with clear thoughts throughout the day. You will shock the shit out of yourself- the sentences you form and words you articulate with will blow away the people around you.
- You might actually lose some weight and get that HSB (High School Body) back!
Listen, ya’ll, the 6AM FRESH Workout is not geared for getting back in shape, it’s geared toward making you more PRODUCTIVE throughout the day. We’ve all had those days where we might as well have gotten back in bed after 10am because we do not have our shit together. These workouts eliminate that possibility on as many days as you can get to the gym.
What kind of workout? I am talking about 40+ minutes of whatever you want. Walking, running, cycling, Zumba, whatever you are into.
Why 6AM? Because if you are done by 7AM and at work by 8AM, or 8:30AM, you’re all good.
I’ve seen people literally MOVE to live closer to the gym because of the results. No joke.
Your FRESH Challenge: Since it takes 3 weeks to form at habit, I’m asking you for 3 weeks, 3 days during M-F and only if you want to on the weekend (clearly not 6AM or you have no life.)
“I CAN’T wake up that early.” BS. You can condition yourself to do anything.
“I workout after work.” Why? So you can get all jacked up and go to sleep? Sounds awesome.
“That means I have to wake up at 5am!” Yeah… pretty much. It’s pretty cool being up before the rest of the world, actually. Try it.

Right on! This really does work. I used to HATE working out in the morning but now that I’m 3-4 weeks in, I can see it really has given me that competitive edge in terms of energy.

I love these posts! You’re so right. I am in the middle of my career and seriously the minute I opened up to the possibility of waking up early I increased my productivity and success by at least 50%. It’s great being conditioned to be up and I now use the time how I want it – catch up on news, get a good run in, get into the office early and finish up that project ahead of schedule.
