AWESOME! I am not here to suggest changes for the hours between 8AM – 5PM. You know how to do your job. I am suggesting new ideas during the hours outside of the office. My belief is those critical hours, how you spend your time, and what you are thinking about determine the success of the 8-5. It starts the minute your eyes blink open to the time you sit down at your desk to begin the day. It starts again the moment you leave the office until your head hits the pillow.
3 years ago my life changed when I received a call that my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. With grace and strength she overcame this challenge. The experience left me seeking one thing: Feeling. Feeling every moment to the fullest for the rest of my life because every moment is impermanent. My mission to feel more led me to practices such as gratitude, meditation, intention setting, exercising, visioning, journaling and more. Since implementing these practices into the hours outside of 8AM – 5PM, my efficiency doubled and so did my sales. I didn’t know that was possible after 10 years! I decided to take my message to the masses and introduce these practices in a simple way for big changes.
