So you want to change your life. You want to change your business. You are unsure how to get started. It all seems so overwhelming. There are many tools for you to explore and I have broken them out below. My only piece of advice: try it all. There is no one way to practice mindfulness. There are many forms and your practice will change as you evolve. You don’t have to commit to one certain type of meditation for the rest of your life. You can practice guided meditation on Monday and silent or walking meditation on Tuesday and Wednesday. This is not supposed to add stress to your life. Do what feels good. Just do it every day and do it at the same time everyday, if possible. Mornings are recommended. Enjoy 🙂
